VT PoC + The Nature Conservancy Presents…Eshqua Bog Walk!
VT Professionals of Color Network is excited to be partnering with The Nature Conservancy (TNC) on a walking series for our BIPOC members this summer. Each month, we will be selecting a different TNC area to walk through and explore.
Our first event is June 25 at Eshqua Bog located in Woodstock VT (approx 1.5 hrs from Burlington, 40 min from Rutland, and 50 min from Brattleboro). Why Eshqua Bog? This bog features naturally blooming Lady Slippers, a type of orchid that blooms seasonally (and only in June!).
We will meet at the bog at 10:30am and heading into the bog at 10:45am. If you arrive later than that, please head into the bog area (it will be obvious) and join us!
Please note that Eshqua Bog is very busy this time of year due to the blooming flowers. Please bring a mask with you for COVID safety.
