Join us to celebrate Sister Sankofa, Paij Wadley-Bailey, and all the Indigenous, Black, and Brown Women & Femmes who have fostered beauty and justice in our community. Bring the women & femmes of color in your life who should be honored so we can give them their flowers.

This event will take place on Sat, June 6, from 2-5 pm at the Paij Wadley-Bailey Garden in Montpelier.  Drinks and light refreshments will be provided, with music and dancing courtesy of Shidaa Projects!   Rain date is Sunday, June 7.

We encourage folks to bring picnic blankets or outdoor chairs and water bottles. You can expect light refreshments, celebration, an ancestral altar, Giving of Flowers Ceremony, music, games, and more.
