I am a neurologist and neuro-oncologist at UVM with research in medical education, primary and metastatic brain tumors, and health care justice and equity. I have supported learners from high school students through residents to inspire the next generation of doctors. I volunteered at the DAWN Free Neurology Clinic during residency and am committed to healthcare equity through policy advocacy.

Sage Ruth is co-founder of Structural Integrity, a nonprofit that helps mission-driven organizations build strong operations to increase capacity, sustainability, and impact. She has worked in nonprofit finance and operations since 2008, with experience in facilities, technology, data systems, HR, team building, planning, data privacy, finance, and grant budgeting. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Wesleyan, and is on the Board of Winston Prouty in Brattleboro, VT.

Dave is co-founded Structural Integrity, Inc. a Vermont-based nonprofit that assists mission driven organizations improve their financial management and accounting practices, as well as enhance their operations more holistically. Prior to Structural Integrity, Dave spent 20+ years as a nonprofit financial management practitioner. He holds an MBA and BS in finance from Boston College and an Accounting Diploma from Suffolk University.
