Founded to advance gender equity and justice for women and girls in Vermont. We are a philanthropic fund under the Vermont Community Foundation with an annual grant round determined by the Vermont Women’s Fund council.Organization's Approach to Diversity, Equity, Belonging, & Inclusion
"The council is comprised of roughly 9-12 women from around the state who bring a diversity of perspective, regional understanding, and lived experience to our work. In addition to grant-giving, the Women’s Fund leads special initiatives on women’s entrepreneurship, wage equity, and related issues.
