Organization Description

Our vision is:
Starling Collaborative works with schools, organizations, and innovative thought partners to build communities of care, dignity, and accountability where ALL members can thrive.
Our mission is:
Starling Collaborative partners with schools and organizations to build communities where everyone can thrive. Using a holistic, relationship-based, restorative approach, Starling Collaborative provides a broad array of facilitation, professional development, support, and resources to foster desired transformation collaboratively. We model the changes communities seek in how we work as a team with those we serve. We center the wisdom, diversity, and experience of organizational leaders, educators, students, and community members so that all voices can contribute to a shared vision.
Our Board meets just twice a year currently. We may increase this to four times a year, but not more than this. We have three people on our Board of Directors.Organization's Approach to Diversity, Equity, Belonging, & Inclusion
These are the cornerstones of our work and we help the schools and organizations we work with to increase their work in these arenas. It's important to us to walk our talk and model the work we are asking others to do.
