Organization's Approach to Diversity, Equity, Belonging, & Inclusion

For the past 2 years our staff has been reading pertinent books and viewing films together followed by deep discussion that are honest, intimate and important to all participants regarding race, gender, indigenous communities, new Americans and our daily work. Our staff have grown in understanding of different cultures, our own biases. It is an unending journey to which we are committed.
We have had our materials reviewed and edited by Outright Vermont and are currently seeking BPOC readers to ensure our materials are respectful and inclusive.
