BIPOC-OWNED: Wilaiwan Kitchen

In 2009, We decided to open a Thai food cart in front of the court house in the city of Montpelier. Our main goal was to offer the flavors one would find on the streets of Bangkok. In 2012 we moved to 34 state street to open a small  take out style shop. We still do all the prep and cooking ourselves. We have a wonderful cashier and dishwasher who help us out greatly.
